  • Rice University has a collection of Creative Commons-licensed learning material called Connexions
  • Bartleby.com - Great Books Online Access to a range of books and information on the web, free of charge. Titles include History Encyclopedia, Cambridge History, Columbia Encyclopedia, Oxford Shakespeare, Gray's Anatomy, Farmers Cookbook, The Art of Writing and World Fact book.
  • Queensland Online Atlas - An interactive online atlas for Queensland, Australia. The atlas can be used to discover information about the state’s regions, councils, towns and suburbs. Demographics, economic and social statistics, and general property and suburb details are also available. Zoom down to the property boundary of your home, and click "Identify" to be shown the lot/plan number for your block, and its area.
  • ACRO - Australian Creative Resources Online is a joint project run out of the University of Queensland. Its a digital respository of digital media stock - ranging from still imagery, to audio and motion video. Media is generally HD, so can pose a problems for downloading for schools, but contact them - they are very helpful.
